Projects

My thesis work focuses on modeling populations of the streaked horned lark, a federally-threatened subspecies that is found only in Washington and Oregon. I am developing an integrated population model to better understand survival, reproduction, and movements between areas, as well as impacts of management actions. This work is done in collaboration with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Center for Natural Lands Management.
