Aquatic Sciences Open House Outreach Event

This weekend the Converse lab participated in the packed UW Aquatic Sciences Open House. This event engages families with local labs and organizations working in aquatic science. We developed an RShiny app to accompany an activity in which people estimate the number of toy belugas on a map of Cook Inlet using the Lincoln-Petersen estimate. You can check it out here.
